Terms of Service

The Service

StrikePoint is a gamma-driven options analytics and trade-journaling tool. It reads market data, presents regime signals and defined-risk trade ideas, and lets you record and review trades you place yourself. StrikePoint is an analyst and journal only; it does not execute, route, or transmit orders and does not provide brokerage services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all laws applicable to you.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@strikepoint.money of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Paid plans may begin with a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the then-current fee on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled.

Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal or by contacting us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and partial periods are not prorated. We may change pricing on a prospective basis with reasonable notice.

Promotional codes

Promotional or discount codes are offered at our discretion, have no cash value, may be modified or revoked, and may not be combined unless stated. We may discontinue or reclaim a code that we reasonably believe was obtained or used improperly.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, scraping or redistributing its data or content, reverse engineering it, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others. You may not resell or share access to your account.

Not financial advice

The Service does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All outputs are informational and educational only, and your use of any signal or trade idea is at your sole risk. Our Disclaimer contains important risk information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Third-party data and services

The Service relies on third-party providers including GEXBot, ThetaData, Stripe, Supabase, and Railway. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party data, availability, or terms. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by StrikePoint and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal trading. You retain ownership of the trade and journal data you enter.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any data or output will be accurate or reliable.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StrikePoint and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses, lost profits, or loss of data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StrikePoint and its operators from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your trading decisions, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state/country], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any applicable mandatory consumer-protection laws.
