This Privacy Policy explains how StrikePoint (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Service. By using StrikePoint you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address and authentication data, managed through our authentication provider.
Subscription and billing information: your plan, subscription status, and billing identifiers. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
Content you provide: the tickers, settings, trades, exits, cash entries, and notes you enter into the journal.
Usage and technical data: log and device information such as IP address, browser type, and pages accessed, used to operate and secure the Service.
How we use information
We use information to provide and maintain the Service, authenticate you, process subscriptions and payments, deliver analytics and journaling features, communicate with you about your account, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive limited information such as subscription status and token references needed for billing, but we never receive or store full payment-card numbers. Your payment data is handled under Stripe’s privacy policy.
Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, including Supabase (authentication and database), Stripe (payments), Railway (hosting), and market-data providers GEXBot and ThetaData. These providers may process data on our behalf under their own terms and safeguards.
Cookies and sessions
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use them for third-party advertising.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize associated data, except where retention is required by law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@strikepoint.money. You can also delete most of your data directly within the Service.
Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will reflect changes by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
